How Ontario Lead Networks works for local contractors

Homeowners submit requests through Ontario Lead Networks websites. The system matches the lead by trade, service area, and project fit, then sends a blind preview to the matched contractor by email and optional SMS.

The contractor has 12 business hours to review the preview and decide whether to accept or pass. There is no charge for previewing or passing. If the contractor accepts, homeowner contact details are released and the referral fee is billed on a Net-15 basis with card on file.

If the homeowner contact turns out to be unresponsive, fake, or outside the agreed service area, the contractor has 48 hours after contact release to submit a dispute. Valid disputes are reviewed and credited. The goal is a system contractors can trust because it is built around their interests, not volume metrics.
